Designing Learning that works
I design courses, content systems, and educational products that help people move from information to action, with strategy, clarity, and real-world use in mind.
Hello
I’m Casie Cameron, a senior instructional designer and learning strategist with 15+ years of experience designing education that is clear, useful, and built for real people. I create courses, content systems, and digital learning experiences that translate complexity into action, whether the goal is onboarding, professional learning, public education, or organizational growth.

What I Do
My work connects learning strategy, content design, and practical execution.
Learning Strategy
I shape learning around audience needs, organizational goals, and real-world use. My work includes needs analysis, content architecture, learning journeys, and program-level thinking.
Instructional Design
I design courses, toolkits, webinars, and digital learning experiences that help people understand, apply, and retain what they learn.
content + Communication
I turn dense material into language, structure, and assets people can actually use. That includes scripts, guides, microcopy, teaching materials, and learner-facing content.
systems + Execution
I build the workflows, platforms, and supporting structures that help learning function at scale, including LMS setup, QA, stakeholder collaboration, and production systems.
Selected work
A selection of projects in learning strategy, instructional design, and applied education.

building a national learning ecosystem for local leaders
Designed and launched a role-based Academy that connected learning strategy, content development, platform growth, and audience needs. This work brought structure to a growing national learning ecosystem and helped position education as a strategic function.

AI and the Monstrous Mind
Designed and taught a writing and humanities course examining artificial intelligence through literature, theory, and critical writing. The course invited students to explore ethics, personhood, labor, and the boundaries of the human.

Access Approving Authority Training
Built a compliance-focused training experience that translated policy, security, and access management into a practical course for campus decision-makers. The project required clarity, stakeholder alignment, and accessible design.
